  18.   I think the whole thing could have been conducted by Al the bartender
  19.   to show Sam some things and give him some answers, I still think god
  20.   has something to do with it somewhere remember the fourth season
  21.   episode with the Angel in it.I think it is safe to assume that Sam can
  22.   control his own destiny, but the "Higher Force" sort of watches over
  23.   him.
